qqawin9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit qqawin9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
qqawin9 may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed at the player's own request will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to qqawin9's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
